Please review these Terms of Service before using Noventra VPN. Using the service after an opportunity to review them indicates acceptance. If you disagree, refrain from using the app or discontinue use.
Starting and stopping a connection
The VPN operates through Android VpnService and requires approval in Android's system authorization prompt. You control whether to connect and may disconnect or withdraw VPN authorization through Android settings at any time.
Responsible use
Follow applicable law and respect other people's rights. Do not use Noventra VPN for fraud, harassment, distributing malware, unauthorized access or deliberate network disruption. Your activity must also comply with the rules of any external services you access.
Availability and protective measures
Connection performance and availability can change with network conditions, device compatibility, infrastructure and maintenance. Uninterrupted service or access to every destination is not guaranteed. Reasonable, proportionate restrictions may address material breaches, misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Where practical and legally permitted, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Information handling
The Privacy Policy describes processing during VPN operation and support, along with your privacy choices. Read it with these terms to understand how information relates to the service.
Liability and mandatory protections
Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service is excluded. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, guarantees or remedies.
Changes and contact
Revised terms will appear here. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and consent will be sought before they apply where legally required. For questions, use the developer contact details in Noventra VPN's app store listing.
